These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DJ Plus website and our wedding entertainment services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.


1. Booking and Payment

  • Consultation: Before booking, we offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your wedding entertainment needs.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [percentage]% is required to secure your date. This deposit will be deducted from the total package price.
  • Full Payment: Full payment of the remaining balance is required no later than 30 days before the event. Failure to make the payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, the full amount will be due, and no refund will be issued.

2. Changes to the Event

  • Modifications: Any changes to the event details, including the timing or location, must be communicated to us at least 14 days before the event. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.
  • Delays: DJ Plus requires access to the venue at least 2 hours prior to the event for setup and sound checks. Should the event be delayed beyond the scheduled start time, DJ Plus reserves the right to reduce the performance time to meet the original schedule.
  • Technical Requirements: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue has suitable power sources and adequate space for setup. DJ Plus will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inadequate venue facilities.

3. Services Provided

  • Performance: DJ Plus agrees to provide professional entertainment services, including DJ and live music as detailed in the booking agreement. The exact nature of the services will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.
  • Equipment: DJ Plus provides its own sound and lighting equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue meets the technical requirements to accommodate this equipment.
  • Conduct: DJ Plus will always strive to maintain a professional and engaging atmosphere. However, the client is responsible for the behavior of their guests. Any damage to DJ Plus’s equipment caused by guests will be charged to the client.

4. Refund Policy

At DJ Plus, we are committed to providing exceptional service. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit made to secure your event is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Refund Requests: If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of the event. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • No Refund for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or changes of mind made after the full payment has been received.

5. Privacy Policy

At DJ Plus, your privacy is important to us.

  • Information We Collect: When you submit a booking inquiry or request a consultation, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and event details.
  • Use of Information: Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except where required by law.
  • Data Security: We use industry-standard practices to protect your personal data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Liability

  • Event Interruptions: DJ Plus will not be held responsible for interruptions or cancellations due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, technical failures caused by the venue, or unforeseen accidents.
  • Force Majeure: DJ Plus will not be liable for failure to perform if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or governmental restrictions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from them, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


8. Dispute Resolution and ADR

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): Should any disputes arise regarding these Terms, the parties agree to attempt mediation through an ADR process before pursuing formal litigation.
  • Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be held in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments

DJ Plus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to these Terms, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
